Orders processed before 2pm Mon-Fri are normally dispatched the same day otherwise 1-5 working days.

Shipping Costs:

Standard £10.00 shipping cost applies to all orders under £500

Standard UK mainland addresses over £500 = FREE (Up to 30kg)

Standard £30.00 charge to: Northern Ireland, Standard £35.00 Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, I-O-M. may vary.

Some large weighted orders may require a pallet, you will be contacted with additional shipping costs if this happens.

Standard Pallet Costs from £70.00.

Orders to Europe excluding Ireland = £50.00 basic charge, although if the weight increases over 30Kg, you will be contacted with any additional costs.

For Rest of the World shipping, you will be contacted with optional shipping methods & costs.

Once delivered, the goods will become your property and your responsibility and Sound Light Ltd will not accept any liability for loss damage or destruction to the items you purchase from our website.

You will be asked to sign for your goods, on which you are responsible for checking your items before you sign. On signing, you are accepting that all items have been received and in good condition or what you previously agreed to through our terms & conditions. If the courier will not wait for you to check the goods you must notify the courier company of this. Please be aware that Sound Light Ltd does not and will not take any responsibility for goods that are accepted by you, they become your property and we are no longer a party to them.

If you cannot check the product(s) at that moment in time, you must sign as 'UNCHECKED' . Failure to do so may affect any warranty you may have in the future.

Can I have my goods delivered to another address?

Yes! Full verification we will required for this service, if this is requested, your transaction details are checked by a member of staff, at this point we will contact you again, you will then be asked to verify the card holders details, once we have taken you through our verification and security checks, your goods will then be dispatched.

Can I pay by "Cash on Delivery" ?

NO! We do not dispatch any goods until payment is received in full from the verified card holders address. Sound Light Ltd has no charge for delivery over £500 to UK mainland addresses, unless total order weight exceeds 30kg or requires a pallet, in this situation your order will go through but you may be contacted for additional shipping costs. Channel Islands, I-O-M, Northern & Southern Ireland and parts of the Scottish Highlands have additional charges, you will be contacted after placing your order of these charges, although we do reserve the right to change this at anytime without notice. If this was the case, you would be informed prior to the dispatch of your goods and will be offered a full refund if you so choose.
